Trividia Health interview questions

I was interviewed by both senior managers about my work experience and skills. I was given a tour of the warehouse and how the work process was like. Both managers discussed the history of the company and future endeavors. Overall....the interview was a good experience, but I did not get an offer because the company would rather promote from within (I had wished that the job post was internal as to not waist people's time visiting). The only con is that the interview took around two and a half hours! and in the end both managers said "we are just seeing what is out there" Honestly, I might have rejected the offer since there isn't much room for growth anyway (only team lead roles).
