I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Triumvirate Environmental
Interview
Submitted online application and resume, was asked to set up a phone interview about a week later. Phone interview was about 20 minutes, very friendly, and the questions were typical for an interview: strengths, weaknesses, thought process in stressful situations, etc. Heard back from the phone interview after another week and was asked for an in-person interview, in which I was asked to create and present a presentation based off of prompts they provided me. It was followed by a 45 minute in-person interview and discussion about the nature of the job. Everyone I interacted with was highly professional, helpful, and friendly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Triumvirate Environmental (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2026
Interview
Straight forward and easy going. They market their environmental specialist program well and are keen on hiring young professionals to advance internally. I have completed a phone screen interview and second virtual interview and am waiting to hear back. So far the entire process has been about 4 weeks.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Triumvirate Environmental (San Leandro, CA)
Interview
three rounds - recruiter, team members. The first round with HR was basics to make sure you can do the job, the other interviews got into more detail and were with the actual team I would be on. I got a call from the recruiter soon after final interviews with an offer, had 3 days to decide.
