Participated in initial telephone interview that was over an hour long. Interview delved into my past working experience and how I could move the needed with the company in various different points.
The role is extensive in leading the medium sized company into the next chapter. Role involves operations, change management, people management.
The second interview was panel style with the owners of the company. Much was discussed and laid out in terms of the vision of where the company is and where they want to go.
