I applied online. I interviewed at Tripleseat (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
After the initial interview, the recruiter promised to email a set of questions by the weekend or Monday. No response was received. I had to expend effort chasing them down to get the link, which finally arrived a day late. The response time was incredibly slow throughout.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tripleseat
Interview
Interviewer asked a lot of specific questions about my previous company, and very few questions about my overall experience. I wasn’t given any opportunity to share about my other roles because they were laser-focused on talking about how my former company operates. It made me quite uncomfortable since my former company was somewhat of a competitor. I was also instructed prior to prepare a mock pitch, which I spent quite a bit of time preparing for, just to not be asked to do the pitch at all. And then I received an automated rejection email at 6am the following Saturday. It was all very sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend interviewing here if you work for a competing company; they may or may not just be using these calls to gather information.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How does *former company* distribute inbound leads? How does company prospect/gather data on potential customers? Questions about company product offerings/agreements.
Thank you for your feedback and interest in Tripleseat. I'm sorry to hear about your interview experience but appreciate the feedback. Candidate experience is of the utmost importance, and we continue to work on it.

The process was straightforward- met with people ops and then members of the marketing team. I didn’t get n offer but seemed like an interesting company and I love their products a a former user.
