3 interview stages - introductory call, task-based round and finally a culture fit round. The process was very smooth and everyone from the hiring team to HR was really helpful.

What made you to apply for a SaaS scale-up like Trint?
There was an initial people/talent interview which was very informal. This was followed up by a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. The final round was two interviews at the office, one being a panel with a presentation element, and the other a culture interview with different people.

Interview
The initial call was very straight forward. I enjoyed the interview. The interviewer was friendly, asked a few questions about my previous work and gave an insight into the company. However, there is a lack of response regarding an update + feedback. Sounds like a super cool company to work for, and I was excited to progress.
