I applied to the position and had a phone interview with the recruiter pretty quickly. The recruiter then sent my information over to the hiring manager and a few days later I had a phone interview with the General Manager. Both interviews went well and I accepted the job offer. That day I received the offer letter by email and was on my way to completing the next steps, a level II background check with fingerprints and a health screening.

Not organized, could not explain job requirements. Everything seemed too rushed and desperate at the same time. Unprofessional at its best. You pay for yoy own physical. holiday pay was not explained because there is none.
