Applied online, received an email, then a call from the Recruiter. Phone interview took about 45 minutes. Went into office and interviewed with team members and manager. The employees all seemed to love what they did , the people they worked with and the team. Liked that incentive is uncapped.

I had one interview was asked about school and my character. The managers are very nice and really explained what the job would be like. A week or 2 later I heard back from them and was accepted.

Scheduled a phone interview. The interviewer called me late, which is no big deal because we all get busy. That wasn't the problem that I had with the interview. When she did call she asked the standard "tell me about yourself?" I started to talk and about 20 seconds into it she hung up on me. I was confused and called back and left a voicemail. I didn't know if she was using her cell phone to interview and something bad happened. I looked up the general office number and called that number. They said that the woman I was speaking with was there and got transferred to her voicemail again. I never received a phone call back! It is by far one of the most unprofessional ordeals I have been involved with during my professional career. I was actually excited for the phone interview and the possible opportunity with a successful company that also has their own non-profit organization. I also have the phone numbers and names of the people I spoke with there, so if they deny I have proof of what happened.
