I applied through university. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences (Waltham, MA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Very straightforward process. Even in COVID, they were so on top of recruiting and constantly sent us emails updating us on what the next steps were in the interview process, and held an informal virtual meet and greet to get to know us better. Interviews were straightforward and every interviewee was interested in getting to know me, polite, and thoughtful! Really awesome experience overall. Says a lot about the company that their consultants and recruiting team were so kind and welcoming.

I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences (London, England)
Interview
There is 2 case interviews and 2 behavioural interviews, the case interviews are really nice not hard, however they do not give you final feedback if you are not selected
First a phone call with the recruiter. Then they will call you back to schedule online interviews where they will ask more about you and then you will have to solve some case studies related to life sciences
I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences (Boston, MA)
Interview
I made it to the final round of the rotational program. My last interviewer seemed very rushed to complete the interview. Even mentioning how busy her day was. The case study was manageable, but she seemed very detached from interview.
