You send in a resume to the Head of Faculty Life. If selected for an interview, you'll come for half of the day, where you'll meet with the Head of Faculty Life, Head of School, Head of Department, and maybe other teachers from your department. You'll teach a sample lesson to a class, observed by the aforementioned people, followed by an interview with them.
