First, there was an in-person initial interview with standard questions and show work samples. Then, for the second round, I received a mock scenario and needed to come up with a business solution to address the problem.

Interview
There were 3 parts.
Phone call interview and two onsite interviews.
They made me take a skills test after the first onsite interview. Not too difficult.
The onsite interviews weren't extremely difficult. Overall, average experience.

Interview
The first step was applying through the website, where you fill in the basic information. After that they contact you for a phone interview where they go over the basics of the job and your resume. From there the face to face interview is held and you need to program on the spot in the language you are interviewing for.
Overall a pleasant experience.
