Recruiting agency contacted me about the position and asked for the most convenient time to conduct a phone interview. I had the interview the same day. They asked the standard questions "What is your background?, What would you like to do?" etc. The person that interviewed me was very pleasant and very knowledgable about the position, the field, and this company. In comparison with interviews I had had with other companies, this was a great interview (and sounded like a great place to work).
