      Engineering Manager Interview

      1 Jan 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Westminster, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Trimble (Westminster, CO)

      Interview

Applied through the online system, which did not allow you to upload a cover letter but instead (optionally) had you click skill key words that were incredibly broad (think engineering to software engineering to SecDevOps, possibilities were endless) rank yourself, say the last job you used that skill, and then give more context to the skill. I received a recruiter interview 2 months later, which was a little hard to schedule due to timezones. Interview was more interview than technical screen, which was unusual in my experience. Recruiter said the process would take ~2 months and they would keep me informed, but I ended up never hearing anything 2 months later.
