I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trilogy Innovations (Bengaluru) in Jul 2020
Interview
Coding Test
1 resume round - good interviewer
1 DS Algo round - good interviewers
1 System Design/Resume round - The MOST horrible interviewer I have ever seen. He was eating dinner in interview, baby sitting his kids and pretty much took the interview as a joke. He constantly taunted me by saying he was a better programmer at my age. If I said, please give me time to think, he started singing, tick tock, tick tock and suggested some movie. If I was not able to answer, he would be like omg you don't even know this.
I have heard horrible things about this company, that it pays well but makes its employees work too much. Has 0 consideration about the well being of its employees. However, I wanted to give them benefit of doubt and hence chose to interview. After this experience, I am convinced about the toxic work culture and environment. If you value you mental health, avoid this company :)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Resume, Data Structures and Algorithms, System design
The recruitment process started with an Online Assessment (OA) consisting of 4 coding questions ranging from medium to hard difficulty, with some problems being quite complex and dependent on strong DSA concepts. Candidates who cleared the OA proceeded to a Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), followed by multiple interview rounds including a resume/project discussion, a DSA coding interview, and a system design/problem-solving interview. The final stage focused on communication, problem-solving ability, and overall organizational fit
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the coding questions required optimizing an algorithm to handle large input sizes efficiently. The focus was on choosing the right data structure and reducing the time complexity from O(n^2) to O(n log n) or O(n).
It was quite nice actually; the interview went smoothly, the panel was friendly and supportive, the questions were relevant and engaging, and I felt confident expressing my thoughts clearly while maintaining a calm and positive mindset throughout.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Trilogy Innovations (New Delhi) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was tough toal 7 rounds there were and the dsa is tough Trilogy interviews are very practical and performance-based, not just theory.
They usually include:
✅ Aptitude + logical reasoning
✅ Coding / problem-solving test
✅ Real-world simulation tasks
✅ Communication + decision-making scenarios
