In 2022 I interviewed with this company. Long process with multiple interviews and assessments. On the first call we discussed salary and again in advance of the offer. On both occasions they confirmed they would be within the range I was looking for. They then offered me less than what I was currently making, well below the bottom end of the range we discussed. Just an absolute waste of my time. I would steer clear of a company that tries to mislead candidates like this. I found a great role shortly after and declined their offer
