I applied online. I interviewed at Trident Systems in May 2023
Interview
Here's an improved version of your Glassdoor interview criticism: During the phone call with the manager, I initially made a good impression with my introduction. However, the conversation took a disappointing turn when the manager inquired about my familiarity with real-life applications of specific ASME standards. While I admitted that I was not experienced in that particular area, I expressed my willingness to learn and highlighted my transferable skills. To my surprise, the manager followed up by asking if I had "read the job description". I found this approach unprofessional and felt that a more constructive conversation could have taken place. In response, I mentioned that the job position was labeled as entry-level and sought clarification on whether this classification was accurate. The manager confirmed that it was indeed an entry-level position, and our discussion ended there. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from them after the interview, so I decided to follow up. The HR person's response informed me that they were "seeking a candidate with more experience." This outcome was frustrating, especially for new graduates, and it raises questions about why they would advertise the position as "entry-level" if they were ultimately looking for someone with greater expertise. It's disappointing and may not be the best option for those starting out in the industry. Overall, my experience with this particular company left me dissatisfied, and I would advise other newcomers to the industry to consider alternative opportunities.
Had a great interview with the 3-4 panelists who came to talk to me. Everyone was very kind and respectful of other interviewers timeslots. Everyone seemed very intelligent and highly dedicated to what they were doing for the company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trident Systems (Washington, DC) in Feb 2013
Interview
I toured and interviewed at the client's site location. Meeting with the project manager was very laid back, typical questions about experience. I met with the other contractors there. The interview ended with a short meeting with the corporate program manager.
