too quick - looking for a bottom on a seat - seemed desperate - massive turnover of staff at this company and the state of their finances now I understand - it was a revolving door - staff came and went and within 2 years same situation - offered contracts to pay a certain wage to lower paid people and paid the bare minimum wage not was to be paid as per an awarded contract
