      Full Stack Engineer Interview

      28 Mar 2026

      Melbourne
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Trideca (Melbourne)

      Interview

The interview process was clearly AI-driven and included a set of well-structured, thoughtful questions that effectively assessed my skills and experience. However, I personally would have appreciated more human interaction, as a personal touch can make the experience feel more engaging, authentic, and conversational.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One of the questions they asked focused on API design principles, specifically how I approach building scalable and maintainable APIs. I discussed the importance of RESTful conventions, clear endpoint naming, proper use of HTTP methods, versioning strategies, and ensuring robust error handling.
