Tricked Out Accessories interview questions

In person interview where they asked basic interview questions. Got a call back the next day asking if I wanted to come in for orientation which was just some company rules. Very smooth and quick

I sat with the regional manager over the store, and we talked about my plan to turn the store around. It was a fairly laid back interview. I knew that i was qualified for the position, so i was very confident. He seemed to know that i was the guy for the job, and was impressed that I went the extra mile to write up a plan for the store.
