The usual standard process. Questions from different people. Explained about how the company started and what it did. What my job woild entail and who I woild be working with.
Then a practical second interview.

Interview
Contacted through a recruiter agency.
They were not welcoming at all. The HR was very full of himself, he looked me into my eyes and said he didn't checked my CV and won't interview as it was scheduled before. They wanted to hire a PhD as an assistant for a technician. I was very insulted and didn't replied to questions so the interview was cancelled in the middle.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tribosonics in Jan 2016
Interview
Standard interview questions. Sent in a CV and covering letter, heard back from them pretty quick. Invited in for an interview.
Offered job a few weeks later.
Asked about previous experience that I had on my CV.
Some skills & engineering knowledge tested.
