Interview was quick and efficient. Came in as entry level and they valued my internship experience. Not difficult, no tricky questions were asked. A tour was given of the facility.

The people I was scheduled to meet with were suddenly unavailable, so they set me up with a bunch of chumps who had no business assessing my technical abilities. Once I toured the facility, I realize that their operations are just as disorganized as their recruiting procedures. It was a waste of time. This place is a joke.

Sat with the Plant Manager and discussed non-work related items for 45 minutes. He decided that "Supervisors will determine if you're qualified, I want to get to know you" which really should have been a warning sign.
