Aerotek reached out to me on a Saturday and we had a brief phone interview. They scheduled me for an on-site interview on that Wednesday. I interviewed with 3 ladies. It was pretty laid back. I was called on Thursday and was offered the job.
Great easy process. Very quick. It didn’t ask very many questions. Asked about experience and skills. Was only over the phone. I went through a temporary agency to get hired

Interview
Mainly it was testing your knowledge of insurance and the terminology. It was fairly easy as long as you know insurance and can spot errors. The process was pretty straightforward.
