      The interview process was fair . They asked good behavioral questions and they was quick to give a answer to getting the job.When you are at interview there will be two people asking you questions. The director and manager to see if you are fit for the job.

      Quick. Basic interview questions. Asked for availability. Done by two people. Dressed professionally. Had to take some sort of test to see how proficient you are with surfing the web and typing. Was taken into an office once test was done. Interview over the phone as well. One on one done in cary, nc.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TrialCard (Cary, NC) in Apr 2013

      Interview

      After initial phone interview, met with an HR representative and a manager and one of the Board Members. Took a tour of facilities after the interview. Received an offer letter via email the next day, with specific details about salary and bonus potential, pending background check. HR person was very detailed in explaining the salary structure and bonus structure.
