It was laid pretty easy going, just relax be yourself and do your job and all will be well. They start early usually at 6AM, depending on work load and you are usually off by 2:30, great for morning people.

General Work History? Understanding of basic computer programs such as Excel, nothing drastic I promise. Work Availability? Pretty standard process took all of 20 minutes.
