      Interview

      HR provides your resume to the hiring manager of the department, and they will schedule a pre-screening phone call for about 15-20 minutes telling you about the job. If you have any questions, you ask them about it in the phone call. Then, they invite you to an in-person interview with the team and the hiring manager for a "vibe check". If the team doesn't like you, you will not proceed further.

      Interview

      I applied online and within a week and a half, was contacted via e-mail by the Department Manager to set up an interview. After the first interview, I was contacted by phone by the HR Recruiter to set up the second interview at the corporate Human Resources location. I was required to complete an background check prior to the second interview.
