I had a phone interview, a one-on-one in person interview with the department manager, a peer interview, and was asked to come in to meet specifically with the director but he didn't show up.

The peer interview consists of very generic questions about how you have handled situations in the past, how you might handle certain situations going forward, and to provide examples.
