Was referred to Trelleborg through an external company. I had two separate interviews, the first I could only assume narrowed the candidates down to two, the second ended with myself and another candidate being employed anyway. The questions were standard and fair, asking about strengths and weaknesses, why I would want to work for Trelleborg, work as a team or individual etc. The company were relatively quick to get in touch via the external company about the status of my application. It was a stress-free interview process, but given the nature of the position I was applying for, they could not ask about my previous full-time job history as I didn't have one due to my age at the time. But still very much was a daunting prospect at the time!

Went ok. Interview was not stressful. Interviewed by human resource director, company president, and uality director. Questions were about how to react in different situations regarding customer issues. Also, would travel between plants.
