3 stage interview, with prompt communication afterwards. Friendly interviewers and a good environment. Uses a less formal process than most typical jobs involving a 4 hour group interview that includes workshops and a meet and greet.
5 Stage process with Application, Video interview, Skype interview, Hiring day, 10-Day hiring/training event. All travel is paid personally, which can be quite difficult. It's a huge endeavour if you don't end up getting hired, like a lot of people. The in person process is narrowed down at three stages, so be prepared to get kicked out in a gradual elimination process. No contract guaranteed at any stage. It's tough! Open to international applicants.
