It started with conversations about brand alignment and personal strength. And they asked questions including how to create good customer experience, how to define meaningful customer service. And the last part was about future plans

Fairly standard interview process. Just asking about your background and if you have any knowledge about bicycles. My interview was in person with the store manager. It ran like a very generic interview with questions you can easily look up online.
