Invited for a 1st interview that was supposed to happen on 3rd October 2018, conducted by someone with the title "Talent Business Partner". The interview never took place and the interviewer never replied to my attempts of contact. Highly unprofessional.

Initial phone interview conducted by a person who badly needs 101 on conducting interviews. Calls 5 mins later than scheduled time and no sense of apologies. Position open for last 4 months and good luck in filling it up. Other recruiters told me that many candidates had similar feedback about the interviewer. All the best to the successful candidate especially if he is reporting into this interviewer as the candidate would want to start looking for a new role soon. Shame that Trayport is a great company doing some fab work to help the commodities trader but unless this interviewer stops conducting interviews the role could never get filled up!
