It was good. They asked me some basic stuff about and passion for heavy civil and underground industry. The next interview focused on understanding the location preference, projects available, etc. Communication is the key in such interview. Get your story straight and be clear about what you expect from your career.

The interview process went smoothly. Someone from HR called and asked when a good time was for a meeting. I gave them dates and times that worked best. Then two people interviewed me for the position on that date.
