1 hr of quick discussion around 2-3 scenarios & general discussion. Not sure what was analysed during that time. But it is sure no interview is the place to be honest. Just exaggerate your skills to give the interviewer an illusion that you are the One & you will be productive from Day 1 there. Else be ready to listen an excuse that your profile is not matching or like that. These interviewers have made the interviews some college viva sessions or some rapid fire round where you are supposed to give the concrete answers to their Googled questions.
As per me interviews are for healthy discussions to get the understanding about the candidate, rest no one is productive from Day 1 & no one is doing his/her tasks without referring to Google. So thought process is important if candidate can understand the issue in hand & can think about sub issues in that one issue & can think about the possible scenarios.
Rest Google is there, to give you updated answers & why would you try to fit the solution which the candidate tried in his/her previous organisation & who knows that how much that solution even worked.
