The HR was okay but the hiring manager couldn't even coherently speak English.
I am surprised how the Hiring Manager performs respective duties. I was never asked any meaningful questions. The Hiring Manager rather discussed the problems he had with the team and how team members often leave and that retention is a problem.

Three online interviews rounds plus business case presentation (live, at the office) followed by another online interview, this time with HR to assess people management skills. Fast and smooth process. Quite responsive HR manager.

The process is typical process for a software developer of three stages. Screening > Technical Assesment > Hand-on Live coding. The questions from the team vary and can be in all tech stack related areas for the position you applied for. I would consider the test process fare.

I got all type of questions where at that point in time where aroung reactive programming and webflux. Currently if hiring will open again the concentration of the question would be classical multithreading/concurrency, usage of virtual threads in java, applying SOLID principles, unit | functional | integration testing all of them against the code you delivered in the second phase.
