I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in Dec 2015
Interview
Spoke with Recruiter and a SVP. I was told I was going to be brought in to interview with 3 people. Then I heard nothing for quite some time. I got a call from Recruiter telling me the salary range that was posted was a lie. The base salary was about 50-60k less than what had been posted. I was never brought in. I was called to schedule one phone interview but the date given was over 3 weeks away. The recruiter was snide and rude. I was really excited about the job before dealing with the incompetency of the recruiting team.

Discussed locations across the country and how technology has improved work flow. Discussed previous experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers
Interview
Director level titles at Travelers does not align with Director level compensation or responsilbilites based on job descriptions and comparison to other software companies. I spoke to several different recruiters about positions and with different teams. Despite saying I would be a good candidate and speaking with several individuals, I was ultimately ghosted with no feedback.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions were odd because I spoke to several people about different roles which were being formed or already open.
