Interview was below average. I interviewed for a leadership position. The two gentlemen who interviewed me had on t-shirts and jeans. They seemed more concerned with me having more experience than them than my general interest in the role.

Multi-level process. Excellent coordination between hiring business unit and HR. Everyone that I met with was engaged in the process. Everyone that I met with was professional and considerate. Excellent follow-up.
