Applied Online to the Travelers Workday Portal in Mid April. HR reached out by email to coordinate a telephone screen discussion in late April. Phone screen discussion lasted half an hour and focus on last three Roles and experience. HR advised that they will be in discussion with hiring manager to co-ordinate an interview. First week of May, received notice from Travelers Workday portal that they are no longer considering my candidacy. Seems that HR was simply doing a redundant task with the phone screen, when they send an automated rejection notice after the phone screen.
