I apply for the job on March 10, received a email the same day asking to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview which was for March 12 after the interview it went great was advised that someone will be reaching out to me by the end of the week, received a call the following dayon March 13 to schedule a virtual in-depth interview that will consist of two interviewers and also meeting Director. I scheduled that interview for March 21st based on my availability. The interview lasted for about two hours going over the job and then they asked a few basic questions. Why do you wanna work for Travlers and why do you wanna leave your job if you’re currently working along with give me a time or can you explain a situation where you had to XYZ. After the interview, I sent a follow up thank you email to each of the recruiters and interviewers and Friday the next day I received an offer. . Tell me a time when you had to demonstrate being a leader? Tell me a time when you had to deal with the customer that was very difficult and how did you handle the customer?
The interview process was challenging. It consisted of one phone interview with a recruiter, one 1.5 hour interview with two supervisors and one 1 hour interview with the director. All STAR questions.
