Phone interview. Multiple emails back and forth. Was told they’d get back to me within 7 days. I followed up at 14 and was told no decision has been made and they’ll let me know. Followed up at the month mark and was completely ghosted by recruiter. That’s fine if you don’t want to proceed, but be professional and let job seekers know. A simple email would have been more than sufficient. From someone currently in the insurance business, do better.
