The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Boston, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied for this position on March 22, 2023. Following the submission of my application I received a notification from Travelers asking me to complete an assessment test. Several days later on April 4, 2023 I was contacted by a Senior Recruiter asking about whether or not I would be interested in relocating to the Boston/North Shore Massachusetts area. Upon stating that I would be interested in relocating the Recruiter asked to schedule a brief 20-30 minute phone interview to discuss the role and learn more about me. Following this call the Hiring Manager emailed me directly on April 14, 2023 and asked to schedule an initial interview with me. Once this interview had been conducted the Hiring Manager informed me that if selected to proceed that the senior level management would be in touch. I was then contacted by the Assistant Vice President and Director of the Claim Management Unit on April 25, 2023 and asked to schedule a second interview. After this interview I was then contacted again by the Recruiter on May 8, 2023 to inform me that I had been selected to receive an offer for the position. A background check performed by HireRight which in total took five days to complete and an official offer was made.
