Interview
I had a short phone interview, where they cross-checked my qualifications. Then invited me for a virtual one a few days later. The Interviewers were very nice and accommodating and it felt like a proper conversation.

Question 1
Mostly common Behavioural questions and some tailored to the role
1st Round 2nd Round super day 3 interviews, this is usually with someone that is at the AVP level and then two lower level people. Overall pretty chill, not too intense.
The interview process was pretty relaxed, with a lot of behavioral questions. It also felt like a casual conversation, and the interviewers were really friendly. Overall, they have a welcoming and chill community.

Describe a time where you had to solve a conflict in a work environment.
Fairly standard with questions that are both behavioral and technical. Be prepared to speak about past experience and also know bits about the insurance industry. It will help a lot to have this information.
