Interview
This was an average interview. I was nervous at first but I relaxed as we got deeper into things. There were two interviewers, one for behavioral questions, the other for technical questions.
Overall not too hard and straightforward. Behavioral first-round with general questions, and three one-on-ones meetings for second round interview. Be prepared to talk about Travelers, and aim for STAR interview responses.

Interview
A series of 3 interviews. The first is with current program participants, the second is with program managers, and the third is with company higher-ups. The second two are back-to-back.
Very behavioral. Just wants to see how you handle certain environments and asks for examples. Make sure to use the situation, task, action, and result method. Not looking for too much experience, as it is an internship after all
