Initial testing- approximately three hours followed by an interview with a company recruiter, application, panel interview, HR and manager interview, and another panel interview. All interviewers were professional but there were many of the same questions in different interviews. When asked who would be present in advance of the interview, additional interviewers were added upon arrival. A peer meeting / interview occurred as well. The question regarding Saturday and Cat duty was discussed in each interview. One interviewer (who appeared by phone from another region) did not seem interested in the responses as much as the number of questions she could ask.

Initial communication was via response email with a follow up screening interview over the phone. This was followed by two in person interviews on different days; one with a small group from the department (basically another screening interview) and another, later interview with a "committee" that asked very typical "situational" questions.
