Assessment Day: Brief background presentation of company followed by a speed networking activity where you are essentially interviewed. This is then followed by a group task which is supervised by recruitment team. This is followed by an assessment exercise where you present to a panel of two recruiters. Finally, there is lunch which is used as an opportunity to assess candidates further and to get to know your recruiters better.
