Applied in July, didn’t hear back until December when a recruiter reached out to set up an on-site. Two weeks later I applied on-site with two different groups. There were four interviews total, each lasting about a half hour. Two business days later I received an offer, with a start date for 3 weeks from that date. Overall once I heard back from the recruiter I was very pleased with the process. My only advice would be to arrive early to the interview if you aren’t familiar with downtown Hartford. I got a little lost looking for the parking garage and then finding the right building, so I’m glad I gave myself extra time. Interview itself was very casual, some beginner OOP questions, some normal behavioral questions, and then talking about my projects and career goals.
