Interview
Referred by friend. Initial call from Travelers. Sent resume and cover letter. Request from Travelers for phone interview. One standard question was asked by Talent Aquisition person:
"What are your strengths?"
The remainder of the 35 minute conversation was a review of the resume. Talent Aquisition person then closed by indicating that she will discuss my qualifications with the hiring manager and get back to me by the end of the week. Phone interview was yesterday so I cannot indicate the outcome at this time.

Phone call interview with Human Resources, asked about my background and experiences. Answered a lot of my questions I had about the role and the company. Pretty straight forward and quick interview.

I had two interviews, both virtual. Both individuals were extremely nice and prompt. After the interviews they said they would get back to me within a week, which they did.

4 interviews. Original interview was with talent acquisition. Then a few meetings with senior underwriters and management in other departments. The questions asked about experience and did not require knowledge of the business for the UPDP program
