Transtreme interview questions

Fully remote interview process, even though applicant is local to the job location. First interview was done via phone, then two interviews were conducted via MS Teams video call. The last interview was a group call, with one attendee logging in within the last 4 minutes of the session and adding no input. Applicant was ghosted after going through these interviews.

The interviewer did not seem prepared, like she was as reading my resume for the first time during the interview. Was basically asked the generic questions about my certification, licensure, etc. Did not really go over any of my experience in previous or current positions. Details of job were not clear.
