I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
It's just an formality. I was the one of the top scorer in written communication and data interpretation assessment. Post that I had a role play, I was given a simple scenario which I believe I have gave my best but I was not selected. This role play interview was merely a "eye wash" round. TFL wants employee only from certain community/nationality. I believe they don't have any other better reason to reject me. It might seem that this is cry of a failure man, but here TFL failed as an organization not me. I know I'm way more potential. This is a message to my fellow job seekers who is losing faith in the job hunting process here in UK. On the other hand many people will say I am not following the right method to find job, to all those people what I would like to say is "You don't know the depth of the sea unless you don't dive" . I would like to conclude with a request to all employers in UK, #Stopdiscrimination #believehumannotai #supportrealpotential

My role play scenario : A lady was sleeping in a chair while placing her legs in another. (I'm the CSA in the same station)
First stage was a short written test after which you get invited back for a scenario based interview where you get told if you pass onto the next stage pretty much straight away. At both the stages everything was clearly described.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (South Kensington, England)
Interview
3 online screening tests, 1 in-person assessment centre, Role-play interview and a final standard interview. Must pass each stage to move on to the next. The online tests give results within a week, the assessment centre within 2 weeks, role-play interview on the same day. The whole process from application to final interview can take several months. Plenty of details online, especially in railway forums.
