3 stage interview process conducted in one day. Psychometric testing, Simulated Exercise and Interview. The Interview is a standard TfL competency base interview, for which information can be found on the TfL website. Interview was conducted by Network Ops Manager and a Service & Infrastructure Manager in a fairly relaxed environment.
