HR Generalist, a young professional, made initial contact late afternoon by telephone around 6:30pm. Performed a telphone interview. Seemed limited on the job description/duties. Followed- up next day, again late afternoon arount 6 pm to schedule first and only interview. Interview was within 3 days, there were a series of forms that needed to be completed and emailed or faxed back to HR prior to the interview. Day of the interview, office was clean, newly renovated, employees seemed professional but not happy ( no smiles or talking amongst themselves). During the interview, met with the CEO and HR Generalist, answered questions pertaining to my resume. The demeanor of the CEO was arrogant and distant.
