all in all the interview process was okay. it was a very easy one, knowing a little bit about the company and the branch and speaking English well, was enough to get the job.

they asked about my work experience and had some easy questions on the company and the branch.
there was one little task to solve: they explained a situation with an unsatisfied customer and I had to answer what I would do.
