I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transdev (Perth, Western Australia) in Jun 2019
Interview
it was what they would call a "group assessment centre" at a local hotel down in Fremantle about 15 of us (majority of the candidates there were from overseas I was one of 3 caucasians)and went very quick. They told us about the company and its operations in Australia and Overseas and then they got us to do a group activity which I believe was pointless and it was about safety. I contributed by writing down everything but the two assessors didn't see it this way.
They also got us to fill in a numeracy and literacy test once again I didn't see the point in filling this in as they were looking for bus drivers NOT students. and of course I failed at that.
the final part was the interview we had two people interviewing us and they gave us some good questions.
Personally transdev isn't a good company and I don't recommend working for them

I was interviewed by a 21 year old, who happened to be the owner's granddaughter. Although she was very pleasant, and professional, her grandfather was not. He was arrogant, and pompous.
